Many AI tools include features that let you save, reuse, and share prompts across your team. Creating a shared library of prompts that have been well crafted and approved can accelerate adoption and eliminate anyone starting from scratch. Equally important, it builds organizational consistency — especially important in political environments–and builds confidence in the quality of the output. These prompts can be organized by department, team, role or function.
